Job Description

Programme Governance Coordinator - Berkshire - Maidenhead - 6 months + contract

Project people are currently recruiting for Programme/ Project Governance Coordinator to join one of the key players within the telecommunications space.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality and finance of any given programme/ project
  • Supporting the procedures and processes for project administration
  • Producing and managing reports related to budgets
  • Being responsible for data collection for management reporting and updating Programme Office tools and systems
  • Operating the change control process ensuring quality and standards are met
  • Facilitating the supply of accurate data to support effective change management decisions
  • Providing information regarding constraints and business related issues
  • Managing of the resolutions of risks, issues and conflicts between the portfolio of programmes, projects and changes
  • Providing ad hoc analysis to support management decision
  • Facilitating the logistics to support meeting, communications, reporting, updates to the portfolio plans

Key requirements/ experience of:

  • Must be resilient with a strong ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Background working as a Programme Coordinator / Project Coordinator / PMO / PMO Support / Project Support
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects
  • Experience of quality assurance and project finance
  • Experience of governance and working to set policies and procedures
  • Local to Berkshire, Maidenhead
