We are looking for a Senior /'Head of' level Business Relationship Manager from a Mobile Telecoms background to join my client - a leading Mobile Telco, on a permanent basis.

Your role as Business Relationship Manager will involve managing the relationship with a key partner - ensuring all strategic and BAU activities are delivered, understanding the customer's needs and taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring their team delivers to the customer. This is a key senior level role, you will be a part of the Leadership Team supporting the Operations Director in translating business initiatives into a vision for the team and to develop the business roadmap delivering short and long term needs.

We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, you will be interfacing with everyone from Engineering up to C-Level stakeholders!

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have previously working within the Mobile Telecoms industry in a similar senior level position
• Experience of Senior Management cross-functional matrix working and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regards to building key relationships across the business and with external partners
• Strong influencing skills across all levels of the business
• Excellent consultative and communication skills
• Experience of leading significant Service/Solution outcome based delivery or Managed Services constructs utilising On/Off-shore capabilities
• Commercially astute, experience managing significant P&L or budgets
• Good technical understanding of RAN environment
• Must hold ITILv3 Certification
