HR Advisor

People Services Advisor- (22.5 hrs - spread over 3/4 days per week)

Glasgow - 2 days/week in office

Contract to the end of the year

The People Services Advisor role sits within Role sits within the HR Services Team.

The People Services Advisor role is accountable for delivering query management support to all areas of the business, process development and execution and HR system maintenance. The focus of this role will cover some of our key cyclical processes in our BAU service model and also deliver on some of our key integration project requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity if you're looking to expand your current HR Advisory experience in a fast paced, multi skilled HR environment.

Responsibilities:

*Advise on all people policies and processes, for example family friendly, new starters, absence or within agreed scope of project alignment

*Responsible for the processing of payroll information making sure our employees are paid accurately on time

*Subject Matter expert on allocated employee life cycle processes or aligned projects

*Supporting team KPIs, providing first contact resolution where possible

*Transactional admin support and coordination

*Project support as required, responding quickly and effectively to requests from others

Experience:

*Ability to communicate at various levels across the organization providing a great customer service.

*Strong team working skills focusing on sharing best practice and supporting colleagues

*Competent in navigating People Systems and CRM tools

*Basic reporting skills

*Accuracy and high attention to detail

*Organisation and prioritisation skills

*Drive and self-motivation

*Strong MS Office skills

*Experience of working & advising in an HR environment

*Previous advisory experience in a change landscape
