Site Design Coordinator - working within the London Site Acquisition Delivery team on behalf of a growing Mobile Telecoms company you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the submission of designs from 3rd parties. We are looking for someone who has worked within a busy project/program team supporting/coordinating the design function within Mobile Telecoms site acquisition.

As Site Design Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Managing/coordinating drawings submitted by suppliers through to approval
• Ensuring designs meet expected quality
• Responsible for managing the governance of drawing submission - monitoring, control and reporting
• Manage the administration of and updating of the tracker, manage any discrepancies through to resolution

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have experience working within Site Acquisition within the Mobile Telecoms industry
• Ideally have experience within the design production / validation process
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Able to manage fluctuating work volumes and process compliance
• Able to work on own initiative and in a pressurised environment
• Excellent communication skills
