My client a global IT services company require a Senior Project Manager / Portfolio Manager to manage a number of projects to deliver obligations as part of a large migration programme.

This position will require a couple of days a week onsite in the Wiltshire area also.

The projects require a Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate these activities

Key Accountabilities - Ensuring:

• Delivery of project to time, cost and appropriate quality
• Achievement of project margin
• Customer Satisfaction scores
• Assignment feedback scores
• Status of project in the project management reporting tool
• Achievement of acceptance criteria and conformance to Operational Readiness Review
• Formal reviews have taken place and are documented
• Successful acceptance into service
• Efficient and timely availability of assets during all stages
• Progress reports are accepted by the assignment manager
• Risk plans are formally accepted by the assignment manager
• Amount of contingency used or released

Mandatory Skills Required:

• Experience in Data Centre infrastructure projects, through all of the project stages, design, development, integration, test and implementation.
• Experience in managing large or complex projects through the full life-cycle
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience leading and managing local and remote teams
• Strong Experience in Application projects
• Able to manage multiple Work streams / Change requests.

Desirable Skills Required:

• MS Project Server experience
• Prince 2 or MSP Practitioner
• Experience of DevOps or Automation techniques

Due to the secure nature of this role the successful candidate will require SC Clearance prior to starting.
