The Company:

A leading Consumer Tech Company, who work in an agile, collaborative and customer driven environment. They are currently seeking an exceptional Retail Area Manager to lead up to 12 motivated and high performing Retail Stores, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, performance and commercial awareness.

The Role:

We are looking for somebody that can set the standard to the Store Managers, inspire them and establish innovative Customer brand awareness to deliver sustainable commercial growth.

You'll play a huge part in making sure things are running smooth, using your influence and taking responsibility for driving performance. Leading your Store Managers effectively, you'll support and supervise stores in delivering sales KPI's to ensure growth within the area

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Store Managers geographically
• Support and supervise stores in delivering sales
• Drive performance within your area
• Improve retail processes and activities
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions
• Be our Brand Ambassador and inspire others
• Most of all, lead by example

Experience Required:

• Significant experience managing a large geographical area in an Area / Regional Manager position.
• Experience within a retail/commercial or similarly fast paced environment
• Ability to increase sales and profitability within a multi-site operation
• Strategic and commercially aware
• Agile working experience
• Awesome stakeholder management ability
