About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Operations Executive to support marketing, customer operations, and customer experience activities.
You'll help improve processes, coordinate workflows, and support reporting and insights-enabling teams to work efficiently and deliver a better customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, workflows, and task coordination
- Maintain processes, documentation, and resource tracking
- Produce reports and dashboards using tools like HubSpot and GA4
- Analyse data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Assist with customer feedback, surveys, and insight generation
- Coordinate projects, campaigns, and cross-functional activities
- Support stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
- Help manage customer queries and track key metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT)
Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing, operations, customer experience, or data/reporting roles
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, monday.com, GA4, or CRM systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Desirable: Excel/Power BI, digital marketing metrics, project coordination, customer insight experience
