About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Operations Executive to support marketing, customer operations, and customer experience activities.

You'll help improve processes, coordinate workflows, and support reporting and insights-enabling teams to work efficiently and deliver a better customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations, workflows, and task coordination
  • Maintain processes, documentation, and resource tracking
  • Produce reports and dashboards using tools like HubSpot and GA4
  • Analyse data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Assist with customer feedback, surveys, and insight generation
  • Coordinate projects, campaigns, and cross-functional activities
  • Support stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
  • Help manage customer queries and track key metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT)

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in marketing, operations, customer experience, or data/reporting roles
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, monday.com, GA4, or CRM systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Desirable: Excel/Power BI, digital marketing metrics, project coordination, customer insight experience
