Recruitment Coordinator required to work within a fun, hard working, highly skilled and professional team, supporting our leading UK clients with all their talent coordination needs.
Manage new starters, extensions, leavers, terminations through a defined process and ensure all documents are checked, sent to the right parties and added to the relevant systems.
Ensure all documents are tracked online and are signed and approved on time, adhering to compliance guidelines.
Manage PO coverage for all resources allowing for invoicing and payment.
Data reporting on headcount, starters, leavers, rates, time to hire, business area, client activity, billing and invoicing.
Respond to all contract / resource queries from both client stakeholders and contractors.
Manage output of offshore team.
Adhoc client project work including talent assessment projects.
Candidates ideally should have come from a Recruitment Administration / Coordination background although this is not essential.
The following is also required:
- Excellent Microsoft Office ability, especially Word and Excel
- Great organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and deal with pressure
- Ability to proof read
- Excellent communication / writing skills
