Head of Finance - Revenue & Property - Contract - Berkshire (with some flex working) - Mobile Telecoms - 6 months

Exciting opportunity to play a key role in the finance team for a major telecommunication infrastructure services company.

The structure of the company is extremely exciting, and due to continued growth the company is restructuring its finance team and are looking for a Head of Revenue & Property Finance to join.

Finance are at the core of this company, and play an important and well appreciated role. They are going through an exciting period of change, where this year the business has moved to being an independent tower company. This in turn has created new capability requirements around billing and managing revenue streams, aligned with managing the property financial.

You'll be playing a leading role bringing Revenue and Property Finance together under one directive. This role will be accountable for setting a clear direction, and managing 2 x Finance Managers for Property and Revenue. You will need to be able to lead and develop this area, and work closely with other areas of the finance team, whilst operating into the CFO.

This role will encompass:

• Reporting
• Analysis
• Forecasting
• Business Partnering
• Process Implementation

Looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified Finance Manager
• Knowledge of IFRS16 Accounting.
• Experience with managing large budgets - £250m - £500m
• Property Industry experience desired
• Good financial accounting knowledge
• Finance Business partnering experience
• Experience with Agresso ERP
• Telco knowledge a bonus, but not essential
