Landlord Relationship Specialist / Engineering Customer Service Manager - 12 month FTC - Mobile Telecoms

Hybrid working - once a month in Reading

£basic + 7.5% bonus, Health Cash plan

Reporting to Site Access Project Manager, this role is to be the escalation point for all landlord/tenant issues and complaints. We are looking for someone from a strong customer service background that is used to dealing with a broad range of complex queries.

Naturally you will be a strong communicator, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and be a problem solver.

Background: Could come from a Retail head office environment, new build construction organisation, engineering industry or ideally Telecoms. The technicalities of the landlord/tenant relationships within telecoms can and will be taught to those coming out of industry.

Key experience:

  • Experience of successful complex query handling
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work at a fast pace managing multiple queries
  • Previous Property/Site Access experience is advantageous
  • Worked in an environment with a focus on influencing change
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communicator
