Digital Insights Specialist/Manager - Google Analytics/Website

Recruiting immediately and on a contract basis, for a fantastic client close to Maidenhead, who are looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist / Manager to join the team on a contract basis.

Role Context

• Reports into the Director of Online
• Supports the new sub-brand business unit working collaboratively with a small team with a start-up culture
• Skilled in web analytics (specifically Google Analytics), you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive improved commercial performance on all of the digital estate for the sub brand business

Main Description

• Provide insight and help drive the performance of the website.
• You will help deliver against our KPI's by scrutinising user journeys, learning and understanding them, identifying what does and doesn't work for our customers and helping us deliver brilliant digital journeys that engage customers
• Collate insights from partners to create a holistic view of all sales and marketing channels and help identify and shape the marketing strategy.
• Combine your quantitative analysis skills with the more qualitative side using all available data and tools in order identify opportunities for performance improvement

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience with Google Analytics will be required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Able to build and deliver presentations covering analysis and subsequent recommendations to a senior audience
