Great opportunity to work as Data Warehouse Manager for a high profile, infrastructure services company within the telecoms sector that also offers flexible working from the Theale based office. This role reports to Head of BI and needs someone with the right tools to act as the Data Warehouse Manager managing a team of 2 x BI Developers. They will be responsible for the Data Warehouse and Data.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Responsible to drive and develop the Data warehouse team in production of BAU data loads, storage, DR, reporting and outbound data.
• Should act as an outward ambassador for the BI Team.
• Responsible in developing strategic improvements in the data warehouse, to assist with data quality, speed and storage solution to large database rebuild.
• Work with Head of BI and other BI teams to plan and deliver the BI vision for the business

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Strong Team leadership and development
• Strong experience in MSSQL/ MS SQL Azure
• Strong Database developer experience
• Database architecture and design including pros and cons of relevant schemes/structure etc.
• All aspects of MSSQL stack: SSIS, SSRS, SSMS etc.
• Database Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, backups and recoveries
• Stakeholder Management.
