Job Description

CVM / Customer Value Management Lead - 6 month contract - Mobile Telecoms - Reading

Hybrid working 2 days /week in office

Role outline:

  • Create commercial programmes and tactical activity - predominantly promoted through base management - to achieve retention/commercial goals in an on-brand way: Simple, honest mobile.


  • Create, coordinate, lead and report on commercial retention performance.
  • Own and manage key in-life retention key programmes - Next Best Offer, Reactivations, Handsets. Including in-flight and strategic changes to key programmes to optimise performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Senior CRM Manager (& other key stakeholders) to create compelling, on-brand base management plans.

Essential experience:

  • Extensive experience in a commercial / P&L role or CRM role
  • Experience working with a fast-paced digital business (telco preferable)
  • Exceptionally numerate individual who can create complex business cases, map out detailed forecasts and report complex results
  • Able to motivate, collaborate with and lead a team
  • Strategic thinker who can execute the now and plan for the future.
  • Experience of working with mass-scale customer bases and understands the importance of CVM & CRM
  • Has worked closely with a Marketing CRM team, or has prior experience in Marketing/CRM.
