CONTRACT - 6 Months

An opportunity has arisen to join the Second Line Web Support Team within a major client. This challenging position will require the successful candidate to provide day-to-day Internet and Intranet support to a user population in excess of 100,000 within a true enterprise scale environment.

Ideal Experience Required:QualificationsSkills Required

• Impacting change requests and identifying issues/impacts
• Good knowledge of SharePoint administration
• Understanding of Network fundamentals
• Owning and resolving incidents working to set SLA's and KPI's.
• Liaising with the customer and Stakeholders
• Competent at providing reports both written and Verbal

A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.
