We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Resourcing Manager who has a background in IT / Technology recruitment.

The role involves receiving all requirements directly from the client, taking briefs, designing talent plan and go to market strategy, sourcing candidates utilising all tools, co-ordinating all interviews and placements through to onboarding. Ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients and overseeing the whole recruitment journey.

Managing and mentoring an onshore and offshore team of recruiters.

No business development or sales.

An internal recruitment position with the luxury of being paid a bonus per placement.
