Job Description

We have an exciting and unique opportunity to work for a leading edge telco based in Berkshire.

Within the role, you will be working as a Technical Support Engineer - as part of a lawful intercept team.

Seeking hands-on experience with cloud services, security, compliance & regulatory standards - ISO27001 / GDPR etc.

This will be a highly customer facing role, acting as a key point of contact for other internal technical teams, product vendors, service providers; as well as business stakeholders and interfaces.

Being a support role, there will be an on-call rota.

Tech skills we are looking for are multi-vendor firewall experience, and a variety of core/cloud services.

Previous experience in a NOC or SOC or similarly technical 24/7 support environment is a must have.
