Technical Manager, Cloud Core IMS - Initial contract until end of October 2019 - Berkshire

Description:

Technical Manager || The Technical Manager is responsible for planning, organising and managing Core Network Implementation.
'Technical Coordination of OAT and Staff Trial Activities between the IMS workstream and the OAT Phase.
Reporting and tracking of issues arising from OAT, Staff Trial and ORT
Resolution and ownership of issues arising from OAT
- Managing requirements for all Phase and all IMS VNF owners for the implementation, integration, and handover to Operations
- Handling Platform change management process - making requests / attending change board meetings / scheduling changes for both test and production environments with support from the IMS VNF owners.
- Coordinating activities and demands from other workstream and phases into the IMS workstream
- Technical Project Manager for the SBC (session border control) which includes SIP interconnect delivery which is part of the IMS workstream deliverable.
- Representing the IMS workstream on the Design and OAT daily/weekly phase meetings.

Overall Coordination of Test Execution Test Execution Process Definition - define test execution strategy details and adjust/update as necessary

Progress Management - to ensure that test execution is carried out according to the defined process

Issue Management (ensuring each issue is handled and escalated to the correct stake holder)

Lab Usage Management and Scheduling - the lab usage will be in high contention from various stakeholders, and to coordinate with them.

Knowledge of Nokia Core/IMS & SDM platforms essential

Knowledge of Cloud Products will be of benefit
