SYSTEMS MANAGER - (ERP, Business / Financial Planning)

Role Summary

• Delivery of new in-house system requirements to support the business
• Implementation of processes and controls to ensure the solution is managed effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new SQL scripts for reporting, Excel macros, and in-house system configuration, as required by the roadmaps
• Production of system documentation of existing in-house solution
• Design and implementation of business process to support the solution
• Maintenance of existing SQL reports
• System administration of the in-house system with regard to data set up and data creation

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS SQL
• Understanding of the system environments and ERP systems
• Expert knowledge of solution design, programming, scripting, data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to produce detailed system and process documentation
• Experience driving through change to systems and ways of working
• Ability to manage and overcome resistance to change
• Effective communications skills
• Effective interpersonal skills, possessing the confidence to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
• Competence in data manipulation and data analysis
• Experience of managing and developing tools and systems to support governance and/or management decision-making

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and compliance
• Understanding of end to end of Finance solutions
• Experience working within a PMO, at board-level or with C-suite executives
• Telecommunications industry experience
• Negotiating with 3rd Party Suppliers
