Site Infrastructure Design Manager - Contract - Berkshire

Working for a leading Mobile Telecoms service provider, on an 18 month contract assignment, you will be responsible for supporting, reviewing and ensuring quality and cost effective site designs as part of the network rollout.

This is a key position where you will be responsible for working closely with partners and managed service providers to identify design requirements, acting as design POC, reviewing designs and authoring technical documents.

For this position we require someone with significant mobile telecoms site design experience with CAD.

As Site Infrastructure Design Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as design interface between partners and suppliers
• Liaising with principle contractors on designing and producing technical documents
• Responding to drawing queries
• Authoring technical documents
• Ensuring documentation is reviewed for potential affects to the network
• Regular reporting
• Ensuring designs from suppliers are consistent

Skills & Experience Required:

• Significant Mobile telecoms site design experience, gained from working for an Operator, MSP or SWC
• CAD experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of site build process would be an advantage
• Managing designs from a small works team
• Liaising with principle contractors on designing and producing technical documents
