Service Transition Manager (Telecoms RAN/ESN) - Berkshire - Contract

Service Transition Manager - Leading Mobile Telecoms company in Berkshire for an experienced Transition / Delivery Manager with either experience delivery Emergency Services Network (ESN) or Mobile Radio Access Network (RAN).

As Transition Delivery Manager you will take responsibility for the full end to end delivery from planning, go-live and BAU / operations, for the successful service integration of the ESN. You will be accountable for bringing the successful implementation and transition of the ESN obligations, across service operations, deployment and commercial & finance domains.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Extensive knowledge of service design / service transition / service integration
• Service operations and operational delivery
• Service delivery management experience within ESN or RAN / Transport networks
• Proven experience managing the full end to end delivery, from capturing requirements through to delivery
• ITIL certified
• Proven experience managing the service delivery across operations, deployment, commercial & finance
• Proven experience managing complex client / supplier /stakeholder relationships
• End to end governance
