Job Description

The Service Relationship Manager sits within the Operations team, which is accountable for delivering the performance of the network to an agreed service level through the current Managed Service. The team support the ambition of "Best Network at Lowest Cost"
- The Service Relationship Manager will ensure that strategic and BAU activities across the Business Relationship Manager Team are managed and delivered appropriately.
- A member of the Leadership Team for Operations you are responsible for supporting the Operations Director to translate business initiatives into a vision for the team and to identify, develop and deliver the roadmap for Operations Directorate to deliver short term and long term needs.
- It is the role of the leadership team for Operations to work collaboratively to gather and understand their customers' needs and needs of the business (internally and externally). And to socialise and gain commitment from their suppliers (internally and externally) and set stretching SLA's.
- You are responsible for translating the wider teams vision and roadmap for their area of the business.
- You are also responsible for constructively challenging the Operations leadership team and wider business to ensure we create a positive working environment and focus on people, execution and customers.
- The Service Relationship Manager has ultimate responsibility for ensuring their team delivers the strategic and BAU work across to their customers internally and externally.
A direct report into the Operations Director with a remit for ensuring an efficient and effective Shareholder relationship. Delivering technical and commercial solutions that ensure both Operators deliver the Best Network at the lowest cost.
The successful Service Relationship Manager will have:
- Mobile industry knowledge
- Experience of Senior Management cross-functional matrix working and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regards to building key relationships across the business and with external partners
- Strong influencing skills across all levels of business
- Excellent consultative & communications skills
- Experience of leading significant Service/Solution outcome based delivery or Managed Services constructs utilising On/Off-Shore capabilities
- Commercially astute, experience of significant P&L or budget responsibilities
- Good technical understanding of RAN environment
- Good understanding of ITILv3 & CMMI-SVS based Operations
