Project People is a Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business with many high profile technology clients around the World.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Resourcing Manager who has a background in IT / Technology recruitment and is happy to work remotely from home.

The role involves receiving all requirements directly from the client, taking briefs with the hiring community, partnering with the client to deliver quality talent by designing talent plan and go to market strategy, sourcing and screening candidates utilising all tools, co-ordinating all interviews and placements through to onboarding. Ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients and overseeing the whole recruitment journey.

Managing and mentoring an onshore and offshore team of recruiters.
