Senior Office Administrator (Mandarin Speaking) - 3 month+ - starting ASAP

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced, Mandarin speaking Senior Office Administrator to work for a blue chip company based in Greenwich, London.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience

- Experience in an administrative role

- Knowledge of software packages

- Excellent PPT/Excel skills

- Good interpersonal and time management skills

- Problem solving skills

- Attention to detail

Responsibilities include:

- Organizing monthly staff meetings and managing databases

- Organizing company events or conferences

- Managing office budgets

- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

- Providing training for new employees on office administrative systems

- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

- Assisting the organization's HR function by assisting on boarding and leaver's processes

- Providing ad-hoc support for senior directors (travel arrangement, expenses claim etc.)

- Assets management
