Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel
6 month initial contract
Berkshire - with 1 day a week from London if required
start ASAP
This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house team in Berkshire.
You will be working across a broad spectrum of work providing quality legal and commercial advice to their IT, Network and Operations teams. This includes high value procurement work and in-life contracts.
You will have:
- Commercial experience, predominantly with IT procurement/outsourcing deals
- Experience of supporting 'buy-side' procurement
- Experience with complex projects
- Experience within a business wide transformation programme
- Have a relevant qualification such as LLB degree
- Excellent contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Must have some Private Practice experience
