This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house team in Berkshire.
You will be working across a broad spectrum of work providing quality legal and commercial advice to their IT, Network and Operations teams. This includes high value procurement work and in-life contracts.
- Commercial experience, predominantly with IT procurement/outsourcing deals
- Experience with complex projects
- Have a relevant qualification such as LLB degree
- Excellent contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Private Practice experience
