This role reports into our Director of People Consulting as part of a team of Senior Business Partners.

As the Senior People Business Partner you'll work in partnership with one or more functional leadership teams, together with People team colleagues, to ensure that the People strategy and needs are understood and translated back into our People plan. You'll collaborate with the wider People function to ensure that insights support the shaping of solutions and that solutions are successfully embedded and support intended outcomes. You'll also consult and provide advice to support the business achieving its short term and long term People goals.

  • Develop an understanding of your functional business area's performance, strategy and people related topics, and become a key member of their leadership team.
  • Provide sound advice to support people practices in line with our values and company goals.
  • Identify the people priorities for your business areas and collaborate with People team colleagues to embed aligned solutions.
  • Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve the quality of decision making, bringing the 'outside in' through insight and research.
  • Support business transformational activity and change management, ensuring that People change is delivered consistent with our brand values and culture.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing to support hiring and workforce priorities.

We're looking for someone who has broad HR generalist expertise who also sees the wider strategic context. You have experience in leading OD projects and/or Change Management/Transformation programmes. You have a point of view and are confident leading and challenging a discussion with colleagues up to Exec level. You'll be proactive, with vision and drive for improvement and change, even when that requires patience, diplomacy and tenacity. You'll be outcome focused and have the stakeholder engagement skills required to support the delivery and embedding of complex projects and change in a fast-moving organisation.
