Senior Deployment Manager - working for a leading Mobile Telecoms company based in the heart of Reading you will be joining a growing Deployment team where you will be responsible for ensuring that network upgrade projects are delivered on time, to cost and quality obligations.

We are looking for an experienced Deployment Manager / Roll-out Manager from a Mobile Telecoms background (RAN, network projects) with strong line management and 3rd party management skills.

Your Role

• Line management of small team directly managing SWC Suppliers to deliver end to end site passive infrastructure (Design, Acquire and Build)

• Responsible for intensely managing the day-to-day delivery of Suppliers, 3rd parties

• Proactively investigate underperformance, instigate recovery initiatives and intensely manage the recovery of delivery performance.

• Manage Supplier delivery via regular review, meetings and reporting

• Regular budget reforecasting

• Successful delivery of passive site infrastructure to design and HSQA standards

What we are looking for:

• Able to deliver against organisational goals. Displays delivery leadership through effective structures; processes and procedures.

• Able to interact and communicate across all layers of the organisation.

• Line Management experience, with a demonstrable track record of getting the very best out of their teams.

• Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies

• Natural ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders

• Understanding of the numerous functional deliverables (Acquisition. TX, Deployment, Ops)

• Experience of motivating and managing outsourced suppliers.
