Senior Delivery Manager - an exciting permanent opportunity has arisen working for a rapidly growing Mobile Telecoms company based in central Reading, offering a highly competitive salary, car allowance and bonus!

As Senior Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Delivery Managers you will be working across all functions in the Deployment process (site acquisition, Property, Legal, dealing with agents, managing 3rd party providers etc) to drive the delivery of new sites and upgrades ready for 5G!

As Senior Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

• Successful delivery of new code agreements from lease renewals, major upgrade programmes and new site acquisition
• Responsible for Supplier performance, setting targets, managing contractual obligations and resource capacity for the Project team
• Undertaking direct intervention to investigate underperformance, instigate recovery initiatives and intensely manage the recovery of delivery performance
• Responsible for intensely managing the day-to-day delivery of Supplier activities against contracted time, cost and quality obligations via regular reviews, collaboration meetings and reporting
• Delivery of sites to time,cost and quality
• 100% data accuracy across delivery site inventory and data records
• Ensuring that Delivery Teams produce clear data and progress reporting that is accurately translated into management reporting

Essential Requirements:

• Previously managed a team of Delivery Managers
• Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Previously delivered projects within mobile telecoms site acquisition / site deployment
• Understands the blockers with site acquisition and can recommend solutions
• Confident reporting at Senior level
• Team management
• Natural ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders.
• Understanding of the numerous functional deliverables (Acquisition, Legal, Deployment).
• Experience of motivating and managing outsource Suppliers.
