RNO/Optimisation Engineer
Contract - 3 months +

Our client, a leading telecoms company, are seeking an experienced RNO/Optimisation Engineer to join their team in DR Congo.
You will be working in a team of very skilled RNO Engineers dedicated to 2G/3G/4G optimisation technical support of site swaps.
Requirements:
- Proven GSM/WCDMA/LTE Radio network planning and optimization experiences
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA/LTE system knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
- Swap experience is required.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Must have fluent French & English
You must be able to obtain a work visa for the Congo.
