The Company:

A leading Telecoms company, who operate in an agile, collaborative and customer driven environment. They are currently recruiting for a Revenue Assurance Specialist to join their team on a contract basis, where you will be responsible for identification of revenue leakage and excess costs, work to maximise the companies margins without impacting on customer satisfaction.

The Role & Purpose:

In this exciting role you will manage key revenue and margin control activities to facilitate rapid detection and resolution of anomalies. The vibrant team you will be working in sits within Business Operations, but necessitates cross-functional working throughout the business to ensure that we have adequate controls to achieve right-first-time Billing and exceed strict regulatory standards defined by Ofcom.

Experience Required:

• Sound knowledge and experience of all facets of revenue assurance covering key principles related to controls for network components, IT systems, business processes, reconciliations, financial performance, and reporting
• Experience of revenue assurance and troubleshooting
• A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a telecoms company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning.
• Adapts positively to change - seizes opportunities, stays open to new ideas and engages others in changes.
• Good knowledge of tools to process and reconcile data, such as Excel pivot tables
