Recruitment Consultant - Corporate Function and / or Technology

Project People is a Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing Business with many high profile technology and telecoms clients around the World.

We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant who has a background in recruitment to support our MSP / RPO clients.

The role involves receiving all requirements directly from the client, sourcing candidates utilising all tools and offshore teams, co-ordinating all interviews and placements through to onboarding. Ensuring a positive client and candidate experience. Overseeing the recruitment journey, working in partnership with the hiring community.

This position involves no business development. We run the recruitment function and work directly with the hiring community to fulfil their talent requirements. We are an extension of the client's HR team.
