SR. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (NETWORKS AND TELECOMMS )- CONTRACT - BIRMINGHAM

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Public and Defence Sector requires a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with experience of Networks and Telecomms, is required to work with a Telecomms Lab government project

The role is to work customer side as a consultant so no client "deliverables" but working in a complex hybrid team environment (other client members, customer team, consultants from other suppliers, other Government departments and external hardware/software/network vendors).

ONSITE IN BIRMINGHAM

3 months rolling contract

Key tasks will include:

• Managing infrastructure delivery/installations in the lab
• Manage vendors, work with them to define and track against their complex delivery plans
• Maintain internal UKTL plan (including all UKTL dependant pre-requisites, technical and non-technical and obligations)

There is a requirement for a frequent onsite presence in the Birmingham Business Park location so candidates should be based locally.
