Project Coordinator - Mobile Telecoms experience essential - CDM Knowledge required.

Full time in Reading, Berks. Permanent role

Responsibilities:

- Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor, Control and Closure on small customer projects.

- Define Project Charter, develop project in PPO, Define budget, Control Budget, Report Project

finances, Manage Project Risks and Change Control. Carry out Project closure and Admin closure.

- Provide Project Co-ordination activities from time to time to support the project team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Administration of site surveys & service requests received from clients.

- Scheduling site visits with site contact and coordinating attendance by clients, subcontractors and

personnel while also ensuring availability of associated resources, i.e. survey equipment.

- Responding to and ensuring delivery of ad hoc requirements of the Client, i.e. report amendments,

engineering & status queries, etc.

- Administration and filing of site documentation received.

- Team facilities management & Admin

- Plan logistics and travel arrangements for engineers

- Update Internal Process Documentation

- Help prepare documentation packs for survey teams

- Help create folders in SharePoint

- Measure team performance and housekeeping

Essential Experience:

Mobile Telecoms background - essential

Project Administration experience

Familiar with steps involved in the roll out of new cellular sites

Familiar with the steps involved in cellular site upgrades and optimisation

CDM knowledge
