Project Analyst
Contract until end of 2021
Hybrid Working (Home & Reading Office)

We are looking for a Project Analyst to join the property function of MBNL who are responsible for the delivery of a series of projects, programmes and activities on behalf of our shareholders in relation to the New Code Agreement.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Data Integrity - Support the Code Delivery Managers and Data Analyst with data cleansing and correction of integrity issues within MBNL's Tools & Systems. Ensure internal teams and external suppliers are compliant with completing data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reporting - Support the Code Senior Project Manager & Programme Manager with recording Project deliverables, finances, risks and issues and project related governance.

  • Coordinate and set up the key Code Governance meetings, including the Code Working Groups (CWGs), internal weekly team meetings, external supplier collaboration weekly meetings. Own the distribution of minutes and the RAID log, ensuring outstanding actions are chased down and resolved.

  • Ensure the Agenda/Meeting content/Delivery Packs are created and distributed in advance of all meetings.

  • Assist the Central Code Delivery Manager - external supplier resource planning. Manipulating and merging data to update and create site lists including Multi-Site Provider Portfolios.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in setting up, coordinating and supporting Governance Meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in creating and manipulate data/information in order to identify determine best solutions
  • Experience in administering Projects, reporting, financial management
