Payment Services Product Management Consultant

Berkshire (6 Month Contract)

The Company:

A leading Telecoms company, who operate in an Agile, Collaborative and Customer Driven environment. They are currently seeking a Payment Services Product Management Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, to help deliver an exciting new e-money product.

The Role:

The role is responsible for developing and executing the strategy/plan for specific product groups and/or partnerships to achieve the annual margin & NPS targets and our longer term growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing - Develops a go to market brief for significant aspects of a product and approve go to market activity.
• Trends & Needs Assessment - Uncovers emerging needs and/or issues and identifies potential causes, related trends, issues and risks.
• Compliance - Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current compliance processes, systems and procedures within assigned product area.
• Product - Manages the development and/or delivery of a particular group of products, and /or partnerships within the larger product strategy.
• Budgeting & Costing - Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Partner Management - Manages key partner relationships, sometimes using account teams to ensure required delivery, their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organisation.

Experience Required:

• Must have experience in a similar role, where you have taken 'money products' to market
• E2E GTM strategy i.e. segmentation, partner identification, partner development, the approach
• Experience within Fintech/Banking/Payments is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
