Principal/Lead Solution Architect (Strategy) Cloud/Azure/AWS/AD

Principal/Lead Solution Architect (Strategy/Cloud/Azure/AWS/Active Directory/Global Service Desk/Application Migration) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for an initial contract until 31st October 2019, to be based in Leeds (preferred) or Manchester. We are looking for a candidate with IT Services and Financial Services Sector experience.

The successful candidate will be a strong delivery architect who can provide leadership to the technical team, liaise with the customer architects and manage change in a pressurised environment

A Multi-national financial customer is going through merger/de-merger activities which touches all aspects of their IT estate, including move to cloud/private cloud, AD migrations/integration, applications assessment / migrate, global service desk

To be successful you will have the following experience.

• Previous experience as a Lead Delivery Architect for financial services customer and IT Services Sector.
• Strategy level experience
• Experienced in managing teams (including virtual) - 20 to 30 in terms of size
• Merger currently happening so complex environment. Experience working in complex/challenging environment and managing customer/change.
• Experience in leading Cloud, Active Directory, Application Assessment/Migration, Gloval Service Desk projects

Technical projects in-flight:

• Migration to Private Cloud
• Active Directory Migration/integration
• Application assessment/migration
• Global Service Desk - Including Uk, Germany, Estonia, Sweden
