On-site Technician - AV - VOIP - Office 365 - Windows - Southampton

Are you an experienced On-site Technician with strong exposure to managing and supporting high level AV services? If so, then please apply to a brand new role working for one of the worlds' leading IT Service Providers and Technology Innovators. My client is looking for 2 Technicians working at their Southampton sites on an initial 5 month contract basis likely to extend.

The role itself encompasses managing AV service on a key customer site including fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the customers in house equivalent to Connect IT.

The customer has recently migrated their estate to Windows 10 so some familiarity with supporting this OS will be desirable. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/ Executives/ Senior Management and their support staff. The key skills required for the roles will be:
