Business Support Administrator - MS Office - Sharepoint - Dublin

Are you an experienced Office Administrator that can provide Support assistance to a specialist sales team based in Swords, Dublin? If so, please apply to a brand new contract position for one of the worlds largest IT service providers for an intial 3 month rolling period.

You will be joining an established Sales and Bid Team and will be tasked with getting up to speed with a range of support and administrative tasks to assist in the smooth running of the environment and to ensure problems and queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be provided with the necessary training and mentorship over a 2 week period to get up to speed with the support and administerial requirements for the job and become a pivotal part of the team.

The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

  • Recent previous Administrative Support experience within a similar environment
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong experience in Microsoft skills in Excel and Word
  • Experience of using MS Sharepoint or similar web-based collaborative platform
  • Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent communication skills
