NTQ Project Manager - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire - Permanent

Role:

To provide guidance, direction and leadership to suppliers to ensure continued occupation and / or extended or replacement site coverage for sites identified as "at risk" (incl sites under Landlord Notice to Quit and equipment moves) to minimise the impact and ensure no loss of coverage

Responsible for managing the end to end delivery by suppliers of alternative site designs, replacement site coverage and major equipment moves

Manage 3rd party SLA performance and instigate any recovery plans

Responsible for ensuring capex/opex design costs are minimised

Work with the internal surveyors, lawyers and external suppliers to categorise site risks and report on sites with a high risk of not achieving replacement site coverage within timescales

Ensure that suppliers are instructed on NTQs without delay

Ensure that suppliers maintain a database of "at risk" sites, ensuring their risk level is appropriately recorded by considering all likely eventualities and that forecasting and actual data is accurate

Essential skills:

Strong project and contract management experience in telecoms infrastructure rollout

Ability to manage supplier performance and delivery

Strong end to end knowledge of the activities required to acquire, design and build replacement sites and decommission at risk sites

Knowledge to interpret telecoms legal agreement rights - lift and shift notices, obligations on the landlord and tenant, notices to terminate

Strong understanding of telecoms NTQ processes and procedures
