Our client with a construction background who are making a high profile impact in the Real Estate Development industry are recruiting for a Marketing Director on a permanent basis.
The Role:
Based in Central London in a fantastic head office setting on a permanent basis, the Marketing Director will be responsible for:
- Driving the marketing department forward through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the creation and delivery of all marketing materials in support of real estate development projects, both existing developments and future plans
- Working closely with Sales Department to meet company sales targets and objectives.
- Supporting and adding value to the business as a whole through the creation, implementation and delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives.
Relevant Experience:
- Background in senior marketing roles within the construction industry
- Industry and local knowledge of the London residential development industry and marketing trends, channels and campaigns
- Established record in delivering though-provoking, best in class marketing campaigns
- Mandarin language skills would be advantage
