Mandarin Speaking Finance Manager Assistant

Main Responsibility:

1. Support annual budget preparation by collect historical data to output the different baseline such as production cost rate, service cost rate and expense spending rate;
2. Support monthly data review (Data quality review make sure the data is correct), prepare the data for project P&L analysis, actual comparing with forecast, margin analysis, variance analysis by communicating with project team;
3. Support monthly forecast input by update the baseline information feedback to subsidiary manager for annual and monthly forecast;
4. Help to prepare the yearend closing include the accrual and finance strategy balance data preparation;
5. Monthly manage the internal company transaction include review the actual data according to cost transfer policy, complete the accrual in system and billed the right amount in the system;
6. Prepare the monthly subsidiary treasure plan by communicating with local AR、AP manager and treasure staff in Holland and HQ in China;
7. Support Ad-hoc mission and analysis;

Requirement:

1. At least 1-2years accounting experience with good excels skill to analyze the data;
2. Good communication with team member and business department, and can work its own to complete the mission to meet the deadline;
3. Prefer to have some basic transfer price experience and finance management experience;
4. Highly self-motivated and deal with work pressure;
