  • Build relationships and drive community satisfaction by delivering excellent social content and customer connections
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate content
  • Create and execute campaigns on community for fans engagement
  • Drive customer experience thought community operations, such as forum.
  • Track the metrics to improve the community performance
  • Data analyses and product weekly report.


  • Excellent coordination, networking & communication skills internally & externally
  • Ability to manage projects to time and on budget
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to think laterally
  • Open and curious, always looking for ways to innovate
  • Mandarin speaking is compulsory require
