Location: London Paddington

Full-time ongoing contract

As an In-House Designer in our London Art Studio, you will play a key role in creative campaign toolkits with both video and static content creation for the Western Europe region.

The role will be to create outstanding video edits, print and digital assets as well as social content to bring great results to each campaign. In addition to this, you will contribute towards the smooth running of the creative output.

With experience in creative execution, you will enjoy being involved in the day to day whilst maintaining the ability to consider the bigger picture. We're looking for someone with ambition, who can help take our internal studio to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing video content for campaigns and other marketing activities
• Creating print assets including OOH and Retail
• Content creation for social (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
• Able to work at a fast pace and get it right first time
• A pixel perfect eye for detail and desire to produce standout content
• Ensuring design and creative deliverables are aligned to both the brand and the internal clients' expectations
• Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time
• Driven, passionate, committed individual, willing to work overtime if needed
• Comfortable working autonomously and in collaboration with others
• Excellent time-management, organised and can balance multiple priorities, without direct supervision
• Can think independently and be pro-active with a positive and can-do attitude

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & After effects)
• Expert knowledge in digital design:

- web, social, dynamic ads

- PowerPoint design (desirable)

- HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 (desirable)

• Work well in a fast-paced environment. Manage time effectively, to multi-task and meet deadlines
• A passion for technology
• Previous agency/in-house experience required
• Fluent in Mandarin a bonus
