Incident Manager (shifts) - Berkshire - Contract - ASAP - ITIL - Telecoms
Incident Manager required for a leading mobile telecoms company, to manage incidents and complete reports for major incident review and incident trend analysis.
The successful Incident manager will have worked in a similar role within mobile telecoms or IT Services companies and have in-depth understanding of ITIL.
Strong communication skills and capable of leading and managing urgent or important issues.
PLEASE NOTE: this will be on a 24 x 7 shift rota of 12 hour shifts (days & nights)
