This leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Compliance & Governance Counsel to join their team in Berkshire.

You will be responsible for advising the business on all key aspects of legal and regulatory compliance and ensuring overall compliance with competition law. In addition to this, you will also assist the Company Secretary to the Board assisting the General Counsel with the Board process as well as governance queries. You will also be delivering all relevant compliance training across the business.

You must have:

• Previous experience in the compliance or regulatory sector
• Competition Law knowledge
• In-house experience is desirable
• Professional legal qualification
