HR Transformation Project Manager - 6 month initial contract - Retail background required. South East UK

Urgent requirement for an HR Transformation Project Manager with a retail background ideally in technical goods.

Working on a number of workstrems ranging from People OD, implementing new communications and engagement technologies and operational improvements across the UK retail store portfolio.

Strong knowledge of organisational change required and experience of retail environments along with retail systems.

Looking at requirements.

Managing risks.

Producing status reporting.

Managing work-streams.

Working across various stakeholders and all levels within the business.

Driving culture.

Must be happy to work in a fast paced environment!
