Property Finance Manager - Telecom Sites
Permanent
Exciting opportunity to join a progressive telco that has commercialised it's business, and restructuring it's finance team to support growth.
Under the direction of the Head of Revenue & Property Finance, this role will be one of two Finance Manager roles, with this one focusing on their vast telecom site estate of circa 20,000 sites. As the Property Finance Manager, you will manage all aspects of the companies Property Opex which are key measures of their operating performance, whilst seeking opportunities for growth and mitigating risks. The role will consist of:
- Financial accounting
- Reporting and analysis, forecasting and business partnering
- Finance Ops
In this role you will have a Finance Analyst supporting you too, so you should be someone who is able to lead others well, and support their development.
This role is looking for someone who is:
- Educated to degree level
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Has experience with some Property Industry experience
- Able to understand and interpret complex ideas
- Able to business partner extremely well
