This leading online commerce company are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner to join their busy team in London.

Responsibilities will include:

• Regional Finance Process Owner：Build up fundamental financial processes in European countries, and improve as-is processes. You will collaborate across Finance functions (GL, FSSC, Treasury, FP&A) and support the Group Finance team in globalising best practices.
• Regional Finance BP: In a dynamic EU region environment, as a Finance business partner, work with European regional businesses leaders to grow our businesses sustainably in Europe.
• Regional FP&A：Set up annual budget and KPIs, perform monthly and quarterly business analysis, identify key areas of improvement for cost management. Provide recommendations to business management team.
• Compliance - Assist with local compliance in Europe, including but not limited to compliance reporting, taxation, treasury and other related compliance and risk control matter.

Requirements

• Clear and logical thinker, strong execution and communication skills
• Native Mandarin speaker, excellent at written and spoken English
• Relevant accountancy qualification
• This role requires moderate overseas/regional travel
• MNC finance system, process development and optimization experience is an advantage
