Job Description

ERP Change Manager (SAP/Job role mapping/ impact analysis/organisational design) is urgently required by our IT Services Client for a rolling 5-month contract to be based in Bracknell (3-days onsite/2-days from home). We are looking for a candidate with a very strong background in SAP, change management, impact analysis and job mapping.

Responsibilities will include:

*Liaise between SAP consultants, Business Change Managers and Business Process owners to ensure Organisation Readiness is complete.

*Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

*Design and Build an Organisation Design Matrix

*Design and Build a To Be Role Matrix (User Management)

*Coordinate the design of the Standard Operating Procedures and supporting documentations

*Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

*Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

*Work with project teams to integrate Organisational Readiness activities into the overall project plan.
