We are currently recruiting for an experience Product Owner to support the technical teams developing platforms for a new customer loyalty app. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward thinking technical team creating innovative new ways to reward customers through their loyalty app!

This role would suit someone who is technically and commercially savvy, working with teams to deliver against business targets. Working in an agile test and learn environment, you will own the procurement and implementation of services locally and make the services in this new platform stand out in a crowded market through clear USPs!

As Product Owner your role will involve:

• Understanding business requirements and capturing business needs
• Conducting customer, marketing and competitor research to identify product gaps
• Working with architecture and solutions teams to define business requirements
• Own and contribute to the product roadmap and future strategy
• Work with in-house designers to prototype, design and deliver UX improvements

Skills & Experiences Required:

• Strong Product Ownership background, acting as a Product Owner supporting a platform development / system integration of business critical systems
• Strong technical experience - experience gained in digital app / software / platform industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, easy to understand manner
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodology
• Able to juggle multiple priorities
